What influenced my composition was that I didn't use gridline and didn't looked at my references alot, for that reason I feel as if my drawing is a bit off.
WWhat was successful wasthe light spots at the a part of the shoe. I feel the example in the images was successful as it help differentiate the different parts of the shoe, and although the reference isn't that light it improves the drawing.
How I Made my shoes different from the other examples presented to us was that my reference was of a shoe hanging in the air.
If I were to do this project again I would try to add more texture. Some parts of the shoe have a gridlike texture, which I did not know how to draw with pastels.
